Cranberry Skate Park

The Skate Park is closed for the winter.

Cranberry Township’s AE Ride Skatepark, behind the Municipal Center, was assembled as a community-built project on a single weekend day in June 2005. More than 150 volunteers from American Eagle Outfitters and the community participated in the day-long project which involved assembling and positioning the various skatepark components in time for a formal opening that same day.

It is free and open for unsupervised use by all skateboarders, in-line skaters, and BMX bicycle riders during daylight hours throughout the year, weather permitting.

The park is built on a 120 x 80 foot pad of polished concrete. The park include ramps, rails, steps, platforms and benches provided by a grant from the American Eagle Outfitters Foundation and the national organization KaBoom!.
