The last available lot on Longtree Way – the Creative Real Estate Development Company’s restaurant row running parallel to Rt. 228, forming part of its Knockout Development – may soon be transformed into a bakery that includes a drive-thru window and an office suite on its second floor. Although the property carries a Rt. 228 address, the structure would actually face south, along Longtree Way. At the February 5 meeting of Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors, the applicant’s Conditional Use request was approved.
