Several related farm families along Glen Eden Road are seeking Township approval to subdivide approximately 100 acres of their land to allow for new development while preserving the families’ farmhouse. All parcels would remain the property of the Wolf and Graham families until and unless they are eventually sold to a developer. On September 28, Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors agreed to consider approving a subdivision proposal at their February 4 meeting, to achieve the separation.
