Motorists familiar with the shaded square enclosing Einstein’s Bagels, Pier One, and other stores along Rt. 19 at Cranberry Square Annex have been surprised to see the trees there missing. What gives? The owner and developer of the property, Dominic Gigliotti, is about to rebuild that area to add a new building, expand an existing one, and completely re-landscape the entire area. The updated development will also include improved parking, streetscape enhancements, and pedestrian amenities throughout. Start of construction is anticipated later this year.
