Vogel Disposal has reported that some of its customers will find their carts are still partly full of frozen yard waste, even after the company attempts to empty them. Although truck operators will try to release the cart contents, they are directed to move on to the next customer if those efforts fail.
Yard waste collections end the week of December 11-15.
