With efforts to meet MS4 stormwater mandates set by the Department of Environmental Protection, Cranberry’s ongoing focus on improving infrastructure stands to get a financial boost from Butler County.
The projects – the Glen Eden Water Shed Restoration Project and Pinehurst Drive Stormwater Culvert Project – gained potential funding after the Board of Supervisors on February 2 approved an agreement with the Butler County Municipal Infrastructure Program.
The funding is generated from Butler County’s Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
