One of the oldest traffic signals in the Township could soon be replaced, with grant funding helping support that work.
At the November 2 Board of Supervisors meeting, the Board authorized the Route 19 and Short Street signal replacement project for bid. The signal is one of the oldest that has yet to be replaced, and the project will bring it up to current Township standards.
The project is supported by $350,000 from the Automated Red Light Enforcement Transportation Enhancements Grant Program.
