The Township has been notified that blasting activity is planned in the Crescent Development area as part of the ongoing earthwork for the project. This work is being conducted under permits issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
Residents in nearby neighborhoods may notice some ground vibration during this activity. While the vibrations may feel sudden, they will be carefully monitored to remain within safe and permitted levels.
The number of blasting events, as well as the final schedule, has not yet been determined; however, officials do not anticipate that blasting will take place until Thursday, October 30 at the earliest.
