Earlier this year, the Board of Supervisors authorized PNC Capital Markets and Dinsmore & Shohl to pursue the refinancing of existing debt.
At the October 2 meeting, the Board will consider an ordinance authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Bonds to refund outstanding indebtedness to achieve debt service savings.
