Planned upgrades to the Township's athletic fields are set to move forward.
The Board of Supervisors will consider bids for field turf installation on Community Park Ballfields 3 and 4, as well as a soccer field at North Boundary Park.
In 2025, the Township updated its agreements with the Seneca Valley Baseball and Softball Association and the Seneca Valley Soccer Association. The planned upgrades are included in that agreement to improve youth recreational opportunities. The associations will reimburse the Township for the project's costs.
If the Board approves the bidding process on February 5, the project will proceed to the public bid phase, with a tentative completion date later in 2026.
